MLANGENI, ENNOCK

Ennock Miangeni is a multi-disciplinary visual artist, born in a small town known as Petrus Steyn, in the Free State. He moved to Sasolburg to stay with his grandmother after both his parents passed on when he was seven. He started doing art in Grade 6 doing comic characters. His passion and love for art was revealed in High School when he started winning art competitions during those years. He became popular with his pen art when he first broke the internet with his Winnie Madikizela Mandela pen portrait in 2017. In the year 2018, he won the Bic Pen Art Master national competition. 
Ennock became a social media sensational visual artist when he broke the internet again with coffee art works. He became more popular after creating his most famous art piece of DJ Black Coffee, a well-known and respected DJ.

He painted this art piece using coffee. He then later partnered with Nestlé (Ricoffy). In 2020, he had his first career solo exhibition and was an international show in Belgium Genk, at Uitstalling Art Gallery. Ennock has participated in multiple international groups shows in Belgium, Paris, and Poznan Poland with likes of Lionel Smith and Anton Smit. In 2022, he had his 2nd international show in Belgium.
